Credit Cards - Retroactive Rate Increases

Blood Reagents Antitrust Investigation
Attorney Chris Hayes is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Immucor, Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics and Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems on behalf of persons and entities that purchased blood reagents or related medical equipment directly from any of these entities at any point after September 2000. These entities develop, manufacture and distribute blood reagent equipment. Blood reagent equipment is primarily used by hospitals, clinical laboratories and blood banks.
Honda Airbag Deployment
Attorney Chris Hayes is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Honda America for the possibly defective deployment of airbags in certain model vehicles. It has been reported that the airbags in certain Honda vehicles have been triggered merely by shutting the door of the vehicle or driving around a turn. This creates both a serious risk to occupants of the vehicle and costly repairs to replace and/or fix the airbag system. Honda has labeled this as Accidental Airbag Deployment and, in most situations, refuses to repair the defective airbag system under any kind of warranty.
